New restaurants expand resort’s already sumptuous food and beverage options   
The Inlaa’kech Lobster & Grill, Sea Corner, Sushi Station and Café Deli Boutique join Azur, Siete and MB restaurants in Live Aqua Cancun’s signature culinary portfolio.  Each option takes diners back to the roots of fine cuisine, with the freshest ingredients and spices available.  Assisted by a talented team of 10 chefs, Eric De Maeyer developed a unique culinary character for each restaurant by focusing on distinctive flavors.

A product of the Hospitality School of Nice where he earned his culinary degree, Eric De Maeyer is internationally renowned for his Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.  Combined with a passion for Mexican flavors and spices, De Maeyer has worked as executive chef for several hotels in Mexico City and Acapulco.  With tireless enthusiasm, sense of humor and superb creativity, De Maeyer brings his signature skills to Live Aqua Cancun.

Inlaa´kech Lobster & Grill
When the sun goes down and the stars rise over Cancun’s picturesque shoreline, the cuisine at Inlaa´kech starts to heat up.  The tranquil setting and refined ambiance set the stage for a scrumptious meal.  Sip on a superior selection of Mexican house wines while choosing from menu items including premium steaks, succulent lobster, colorful kebabs, fresh salads and seafood, all finished with homemade sauces and marinades that make each dish unique.  Complete the evening with a French flambé by Maître d’ Alejandro Gonzalez or surrender to the creations of Master Pastry Chef Rodrigo Alcocer for a delectable dessert.  Dining at this exclusive restaurant requires an extra fee per person.
Sea Corner
The soft sand and turquoise Caribbean water along Live Aqua Cancun’s private beach create the perfect backdrop for a seafood feast.  In addition to freshly caught seafood, this culinary experience features accents of fresh tropical fruits and the traditional flavors of the Mexican Caribbean.  The beachfront Sea Corner welcomes diner with unlimited ceviche, chips, tacos and fresh tropical cocktails. 
Sushi Station
Subtle with an eclectic variety, this modern eatery offers precise executions of Japanese sushi specialties.  For a quick bite, stop by for a fresh food option across from the hotel’s AKA Bar.  Retreat to outdoor terrace where you can eat with a scenic view.
Café Deli Boutique
Grab a snack at the Café Deli Boutique.  Order up a fresh cup of coffee or tea, any way you like it, and choose a scrumptious pastry or dessert.  Open from 6:30 a.m. – 10 p.m., a stop at the café just might become your favorite daily ritual during your stay.
