Fair enough; but the fair sex, whether they play for the side of good or evil, always manages to make each mission of Agent 007 more interesting.  Seduction, one way or the other, is standard operating procedure. 

Bond Girls epitomize glamour and adventure, turn feminism on its head, and make the fight worth fighting. In honor of Ian Fleming’s birth-month, and the 50th anniversary of his creation of James Bond, The Jefferson, DC hosts an evening devoted to The Spy Who Loved Me.
 
With a “secret” selection of courses, each named for our favorite Bond Girls – and every bit as delectable – the code breaking cuisine of executive chef Chris Jakubiec has a license to thrill. With each pairing, Wine Director, Advanced Sommelier, and Bond-aficionado Michael Scaffidi, reveals a streak of the femme fatale. 

The reception wine, whose translated name means “the wall of the Virgin,” hails from a thousand-year-old vineyard. 

The fine sake accompanying the “Kissy Suzuki” course will be served by costumed geishas; and the 2003 Dom Pérignon offered with the “Tiffany Case” course reports for night duty bearing a glow-in-the-dark label…
