The new Men in White program at Las Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort, turns gentlemen into culinary stars for the evening who impress their wife or significant other with their kitchen skills while having a fun, delicious and romantic time.

Under the guidance of Las Ventanas' Executive Chef, Fabrice Guisset, men take charge in the kitchen, prepare a personalized meal and surprise their special lady with an exquisite gourmet affair for two. The setting is beautiful and romantic: the resort's aromatic Herb Garden, which also has an outdoor kitchen where the gentleman will prepare the meal. The couple dines under a palapa in candlelight, with soft music playing and herb aromatherapy filling the air.

The chef plans a personalized menu with the man and helps him set up the preparation. The lady is personally escorted to the Herb Garden by a butler and presented with the menu and champagne. Then the gentleman dons his "whites" and completes the dinner preparation. A private waiter serves the feast.
