ROLL YOUR OWN

Learn the technique in Sushi 101

Edited by Madelyn Miller

If I could only have one food—it would probably be chocolate. If I could only have one type of food—it would be sushi.

Just like the differences in good chocolates, the skill of the sushi-maker affects the experience. And while you may have tried to do it yourself, a little studying of technique will increase your enjoyment.

This restaurant has two sushi bars—so you can double your pleasure. Maybe even triple it if you learned to do-it-yourself.
