Taste an entire Continent in one Evening

TASTE OF ASIA RETURNS TO THE ASIAN ART MUSEUM FOR CELEBRATION OF ART, ENTERTAINMENT AND WORLD-RENOWNED BAY AREA CUISINE

edited by Madelyn Miller, the TravelLady

Whenever I visit a city known as a culinary capital, my biggest dilemma is how to eat at all the wonderful restaurants in town in a few short days. Schedule four meals a day? Do progressive meals? Order the signature dish from each restaurant and take it all back to my hotel room to savor in private?

On my upcoming trip to San Francisco, I have scheduled it right. I will be there for the Taste of Asia and get some bites of all the best chefs and restaurants in town.

WHAT:  For the second year, the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco will host Taste of Asia, a weekend event celebrating the art, entertainment and exquisite cuisine of the San Francisco Bay Area. As the preeminent resource for Asian art and culture, the Asian Art Museum draws upon its strong culinary community ties to highlight the cuisine and traditions of the diverse cultures represented in its world-renowned collections.
